Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, clinical expertise, and billable performance expectations.

Hybrid Work Model

Requirements

  • A minimum of 25% of supervision must be conducted in person

  • Additional in-person supervision may be required based on client needs

  • Travel throughout the service area is required

  • Reliable transportation is required

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA treatment services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

  • Create and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Analyze clinical data and make program modifications

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training

  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and reauthorizations

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers

  • Maintain compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications

Required

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

  • Maryland LBA or eligibility for licensure

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Experience supervising RBTs

  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Clinic-based ABA experience

  • Experience with insurance-funded services

  • Parent training and caregiver coaching experience

  • Experience with treatment authorizations and clinical documentation

  • Interest in mentorship or future leadership opportunities

Compensation

Salary: $95,000-$125,000 annually

Compensation is determined by:

  • Relevant BCBA experience

  • Clinical expertise and demonstrated competencies

  • Leadership and supervisory experience

  • Specialized training and certifications

  • Ability to maintain expected billable hours

  • Overall qualifications and organizational fit

Important: Compensation is individualized. The highest compensation levels are typically reserved for clinicians with substantial experience, advanced clinical skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a consistent record of meeting performance expectations.
