Social Worker

We are a small SNF in Little Neck looking for a Social Worker with nursing home experience.  Can be an MSW or BSW, License not required at this time.  Full time position with benefits; knowledge of Sigmacare and MOLST preferred; Monday through Friday work week with some flexibility for family meetings and care plan requests.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Please submit resume for review and interview setup.
