Part Time Cook

Hopkins Center is hiring for a Part Time Cook position. Located in Downtown Brooklyn, we are an exceptional team-oriented facility where we thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible. Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques

• Organizational skills

• Patience and professionalism

• Excellent Communication skills

• Friendly and energetic personality

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a prep cook

• Training from a culinary school is an asset

Requirements:

• Must be available to cover shifts when other cooks call out, are on vacation, or during holidays.

Week 1:

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Thursday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week 2:

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
