About the Role:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support a dedicated team who cares for a wide variety of individuals, spanning all ages and abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling caregivers with clients and communicating with all parties

• Confirming and updating caregiver availability, including vacation, sick time, and holidays

• Documenting the skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients

• Following up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process

• Establishing a great rapport with caregivers and clients

• Learning scheduling software

• Possessing bilingual skills, a plus

Requirements:

• Experience: One year experience in a home care setting preferred

• Education: High school diploma

• Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills

• Characteristics: Self-motivated and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail

Work Schedule:

We are looking for someone to work 4 days a week, 25-30 hrs a week with the possibility of growth as we expand our services. You may be asked to work 1-2 Saturdays a month. Times are flexible
