Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support

• Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents throughout the shift

• Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff

• Provide routine hygiene and comfort care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment

• Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts

• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• New CNAs are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $19.50 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

• Shifts Available:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
