Do you enjoy bringing smiles to others and helping seniors stay active and engaged? Staunton Health and Rehab is looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! No prior experience is required—we’re happy to welcome someone with a positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with fun activities that encourage socialization, exercise, and relaxation

• Help plan and organize recreational programs and special events

• Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections

• Assist with activity calendars, documentation, and other department tasks

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, energetic, and dependable attitude

• Creativity and a willingness to learn

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A genuine passion for working with seniors

• CNA certification is preferred but not required

• No previous experience necessary!
