Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio (required)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication
