About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, transferring patients, and recording vital signs

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Use assistive devices and equipment as needed to promote patient safety and mobility

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nebraska
