• Lead by example: Provide direct patient care, supervise and mentor a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver personalized care that exceeds expectations.

• Quality improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement effective solutions, and monitor outcomes to drive continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and degree in nursing or related field.
