What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents on weekends

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor, assess, and document resident health status

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Support and mentor other staff members as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Tennessee
