Brightside Academy is looking for an experienced, strategic Regional Director of Operations to lead and support multiple early learning centers across an assigned region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field

  • Three to five years of early childhood education experience preferred

  • Multi-site leadership experience preferred

  • Strong operational and people-management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Confident, professional, and adaptable leadership style

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee operations across multiple academy locations

  • Step in to lead assigned academy locations when needed

  • Coach and support academy leaders

  • Drive enrollment, quality, and financial performance

  • Maintain licensing, safety, and company compliance

  • Lead staffing, performance, and succession planning

  • Conduct academy walkthroughs and improvement planning

  • Strengthen curriculum quality and child outcomes

  • Support investigations and disciplinary actions

  • Build community and regulatory partnerships

  • Lead regional initiatives and operational reporting

Work Environment

  • Monday through Friday during typical academy hours

  • On-call flexibility may be required

  • Frequent local travel is required

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
