Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead daily dietary operations and ensure high-quality, compliant nutrition services for our residents.

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties:

• Supervise dietary staff and daily operations

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Support menu planning and resident dietary needs

• Manage food quality, inventory, and costs

• Address resident dining concerns

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications:

• Dietary services experience (healthcare preferred)

• Supervisory experience a plus

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
