Personal Care Administrator (Interim or Permanent)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Care Administrator to lead a Personal Care Home (PCH) in Western Pennsylvania. This role can be filled on an interim or permanent basis, depending on candidate availability. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a Personal Care Home, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations.

• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.

• Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational plans.

• Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements and maintain all required documentation.

• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory audits.

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator license (or ability to obtain)

• Prior experience in a Personal Care Home, Assisted Living, or SNF environment preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to personal care and long-term care.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
