Rutland Center for Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled therapy team in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT

• Provide skilled interventions to improve residents’ independence and quality of life

• Accurately document treatments and progress notes

• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Vermont

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
