RN Supervisor Responsibilities (Weekend Shift)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight and leadership of nursing units during weekend shifts. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care

• Overseeing daily nursing operations in an LTC/SNF environment

• Administering medications and treatments as needed

• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and compliance

• Monitoring resident care plans and outcomes

• Supporting staffing schedules and workflow

• Collaborating with nursing management to maintain high care standards

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Current, active State Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience

• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

• Ability to work weekends consistently
