We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Details

• Status: Part-Time

• Shift: Day shift preferred; scheduling flexibility may be available

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents

• Document daily notes, treatment progress, and billing

• Assist with discharge planning and patient education

• Communicate with the therapy team, nursing staff, and families

• Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current state licensure as a PTA

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed

• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
