Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member

• Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records

• Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing and distributing mail, faxing documents, and ordering supplies

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a positive patient experience

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the center's policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 years of experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
