About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in nursing or a related field preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
