About the Role:

As a CNA at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our nursing staff. This includes assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing team. You will also have the opportunity to work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and reporting changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in patient assessments and evaluations

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

• Provide support and assistance to our nursing staff as needed
