Registered Behavior Technician RBT – Cherry Hill Township NJ

True Progress Therapy is seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $24–$28 per hour

• Location: Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey

• Schedule: Saturdays, 12 PM–5 PM, plus one weekday, 11 AM–5 PM

• Total Hours: 11 hours per week

• Position Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy to a child in a home-based setting.

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior.

• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Collaborate with the BCBA and family to support consistency and progress.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Patience, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
