About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) at Woodbury Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients, including:

• Administering respiratory therapy treatments and services, such as oxygen therapy, respiratory airway management, and pulmonary function testing

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitoring patient condition and adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to appropriate healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop individualized treatment plans

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and services as ordered by physicians

• Monitor patients' condition and adjust therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate records and reporting to appropriate healthcare professionals
