We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team!

New grads are welcome to apply! This is a great opportunity for a new RD to build their clinical experience in a supportive environment. Join a supportive team with a full-time Registered Dietitian at the facility and a strong regional RD team available for additional collaboration and support. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, share best practices, and continue developing your skills while providing high-quality nutritional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to provide high-quality care

• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential

• Current California licensure/credentials as required

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Compassionate, professional, and resident-centered approach
