Weekend PCA

Job Summary:

Right at Home Wilmington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or CNA to provide weekend care services to our clients in the Wilmington, NC area. As a PCA and CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults by providing non-medical care and assistance in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
• Support clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, toileting assistance, transfers and medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including managing household tasks and errands, meal preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in caregiving
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing exceptional client care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own your own vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
• Availability to work weekends, with flexible scheduling options
