Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT)

About All About Kids, Inc.

All About Kids has a rich history of providing comprehensive services for children with developmental delays. With over 60 years of combined experience, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality evaluations, individual and group therapy services, consultations, and service coordination that addresses every aspect of a child's development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide educational services to students with special needs in a variety of settings, including home, school, and clinic

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals

• Assess and address the educational needs of students with autism, developmental delays, and other special needs

• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans

Compensation

$68-$72 per hour

Requirements:

• New York State Certification in any one of the following areas:

  • Special Education Permanent Certificate

  • Students with Disabilities, Birth to Grade 2

  • Students with Disabilities, All Grades

• Experience working with students with special needs in a variety of settings

• Strong communication and planning skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
