Shift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $77,500 - $87,500/hour

West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to oversee clinical operations during the evening shift. This leadership role is ideal for a registered nurse who is passionate about long-term care, team development, and delivering high-quality resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to support daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain exceptional standards of resident care

• Monitor staffing levels and make real-time adjustments to ensure safe coverage

• Conduct routine rounds to evaluate care quality and address concerns

• Assist with state surveys, inspections, and regulatory audits

• Participate in the development and implementation of resident care and discharge plans

• Address staff concerns professionally and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

• Welcome and assist residents and families during the admissions process

• Accompany physicians during resident rounds and oversee medication and treatment administration

• Provide direct nursing care and perform assessments as needed

• Participate in staff evaluations and support the professional development of nursing team members

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, geriatric, or restorative nursing

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience

• Current CPR certification
