In Home Care Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN

What We’re Looking For?

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Home Care experience.

• Skilled in:

  • Assisting with ADL Training and Home Safety Strategies

  • Implementing Adaptive Equipment Recommendations

  • Supporting Cognitive and Functional Programs

  • Client & Family Education

• A team player with strong communication and documentation skills.
