We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Evening Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee our nursing team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, MA. As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the effective management of our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants on evening shifts

• Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and patient charts

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff

• Familiarity with current nursing regulations and standards, including HIPAA and Joint Commission guidelines

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
