About the Role:

As a Staff Development Coordinator at Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Orientation: Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

• Educational Needs: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to identify and address the educational needs of Facility staff, developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Facilitation and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all departments, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and ongoing support for staff development.
