As a Dietary Aide (Food Service) - Part Time, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents by ensuring the highest quality food service is provided in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and service of patient meals, including setting up and cleaning the dining area

• Maintain accurate records of food service, including patient meal counts and food inventory

• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests

• Prepare and deliver patient trays, including serving meals in a timely and efficient manner

• Clean and sanitize food service equipment, utensils, and dining areas

• Collaborate with the dietary department to plan and execute special events and holiday meals

• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 50 pounds)

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and service procedures
