About the Role:

As an LPN with Onyx Care of Jena, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any concerns to the healthcare team

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Louisiana

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in healthcare preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
