CNA Day Shift - Anderson, Indiana

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including providing meals, turning, and ambulating residents, and ensuring they receive plenty of fluids and nourishment

• Help residents with personal hygiene and observe any health issues, reporting them to the supervising nurse

• Document resident food and fluid intake, assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements, and make residents' beds

• Transport residents within the facility and assist nurses and other staff as needed

• Adhere to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements and standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and Valid CNA certification

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Good attention to detail and in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations

• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions

• Physical strength and stamina, with certifications in First aid and CPR
