Aventura is seeking a strong, compassionate Weekend Nurse Supervisor LPN/RN to lead our clinical team on Day & Night shifts. What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in FL

• 2+ years of LPN/RN experience in long-term care or similar setting

• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience required

• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills

• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS a plus)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts

• Serve as Nurse-in-Charge, ensuring smooth clinical operations

• Oversee resident care, assessments, and care plan implementation

• Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Coach, mentor, and support team members
