Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in skilled nursing/long-term care settings and familiarity with the Net Health electronic documentation system. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.

• Assist with patient evaluations and contribute to individualized care plans.

• Deliver goal-driven treatment programs to help residents improve independence and functional abilities.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Experience with Net Health or other electronic documentation systems is a plus.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and a resident-focused mindset.
