What You’ll Do

As a home health Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and in accordance with the established plan of care.

Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence while providing patient and caregiver education and completing required visit documentation.

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Professional and responsive communication

• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor

Home health experience is welcome but not required. New to home health? Our team can help you get comfortable with the workflow and documentation process.
