Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and oversees a calendar of recreation activities for our residents

• Create activities that enrich our residents lives with physical and cognitive exercise and socialization

• Manages, coordinates and communicates with 12 support staff members (activity assistants)

• Ensure staff and participants are following all safety protocols

• Submitting budget reccommedations for any equipment and supplies needed for activities

Requirements:

• CNA certification in NV

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and conflict management a plus!

• Certification preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
