Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of activities into daily care routines

• Supervise and mentor CNA and activity staff to ensure high-quality delivery of activities

• Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and preferences, and adjust activity programs accordingly

• Maintain accurate records of activity participation, attendance, and resident feedback

• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners to build trust and promote engagement

Requirements:

• CNA certification (current and active)

• 1+ year of experience in activity direction or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations

• Familiarity with activity programming and leisure services
