Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Mountain View Nursing and Rehab

Pay: $20–$23.50 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, and dedicated to maintaining residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).

• Take and record vital signs accurately.

• Help residents move safely and comfortably.

• Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Follow all infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in PA.

• Prior experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred (but not required).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate and reliable attitude.
