rue Progress Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy position in Long Branch, New Jersey.

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable professional with experience supporting children with autism who require substantial support, including children with Level 3 autism. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy and implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with an individualized treatment plan.

• Implement treatment strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior.

• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development.

• Follow behavior intervention plans and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors.

• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive therapy environment.

• Communicate professionally with the BCBA and family.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

• Experience working with children with autism, particularly those with higher support needs, strongly preferred.

• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting challenging behaviors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability.

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Long Branch, NJ.

• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.

• Pay: $27–$32 per hour
