Unit Manager - LPN - Night Shift

Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager/Floor Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional resident care and supporting our nursing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as charge nurse and provide direct resident care as needed

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality clinical outcomes

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate provider

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner

• Maintain proper documentation and follow facility policies and procedures

• Rotate every other weekend as part of the supervisory schedule

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Ohio

• 2 or more years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• 1 year of nurse management experience

• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

• Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to excellent resident care

We offer:

• Hourly rate ranging from $24.75 up to $31.00 based on experience

• Full-time 5-day schedule with 8hr shifts from 11pm-7:30am
