Compensation:

Rate: $18.00

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepares food for regular and therapeutic diets according to planned menus.

• Prepares food using proper food handling and safety factors.

• Ensures that the proper quantity of food is prepared.

• Makes only authorized substitutions.

• Ensures that all food is prepared and served according to proper time schedules.

• Keeps work area neat and uncluttered.

• Serves food according to the planned menu and according to the specific diet of the patient/resident.

• Ensures that refrigerator and freezer temperatures are maintained in proper temperature ranges.
