What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play an important role in supporting the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care

• Responding promptly and compassionately to resident needs

• Supporting residents with mobility, transfers, and other care needs

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

• Accurately documenting care provided

• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

• Working collaboratively with other members of the care team

• Providing compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the State of Kansas

• Dependable and committed to fulfilling agreed-upon scheduling responsibilities

• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
