Job Description:

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist our clients in daily activities and personal tasks. This may include tasks like feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. The Personal Care Aide (PCA) must have a genuine interest in helping people, be physically capable, and highly observant.

Responsibilities of the Personal Care Aide (PCA):

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders

• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens

• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital

• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs

• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment

• Plan and prepare meals

Skills and Qualifications of the Personal Care Aide (PCA):

• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures

• Proven work experience as a personal care aide

• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus
