Qualifications:

• Must have NYS RN License
• A minimum of two years’ experience in home care
• Must have HCHB experience
• Excellent verbal, written & communications skills
• Knowledgeable regarding State and Federal regulations for Home Care Agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Responsibilities:
Ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement. Responsibilities include appeals preparation, grievance tracking, patient satisfaction analysis, and competency evaluations.
