Activity Coordinator – Full-Time

Meadow Wind Health Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Activity Coordinator to plan and lead programs that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being. We are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified™.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group activities and individual visits based on residents’ interests and abilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining the monthly activity calendar

• Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs

• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support residents’ quality of life

• Maintain accurate activity records and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, or long-term care preferred

• Activity certification or license preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
