Human Resources – Skilled Nursing Facility

Our skilled nursing facility in Maumee, Ohio is seeking an experienced Human Resources to join our leadership team. This is a key role responsible for managing HR functions, payroll, and business office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day facility performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and resident trust accounts

• Manage payroll processing, new hire onboarding, and employee records

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and benefits administration

• Partner with department heads to support recruiting, retention, and staff engagement initiatives

• Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and billing procedures

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software

• Compassionate leadership style and ability to work collaboratively with all departments
