Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Jersey

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• Perform all responsibilities in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
