What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one support to a student in a school-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This position offers 10 hours per week, with flexibility to create a schedule that works for both you and the school. The hours must be completed during the school day and on school grounds.

About the Position

• Provide one-to-one behavioral support in a school setting

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

• Participate in ongoing ABA training and development

• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff

• Work under the supervision of a BCBA

Schedule

10 hours per week

• Flexible schedule during school hours

• Hours may be divided across multiple weekdays based on your availability

• All services must be provided on-site at the school
