You will play an essential role in creating an exceptional client experience. Your mission is to ensure every client receives compassionate, high-quality support, and every family feels confident, informed, and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and overseeing personalized client care plans
• Building trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources
• Mentoring caregivers and supporting safe, meaningful, and exceptional care delivery
• Serving as a calm, positive, and solutions focused leader, even during the busiest days
• Helping prospective clients and families discover the Right at Home difference
• Supervising our on-call care coordinators on a rotating after hours schedule
• Supporting community outreach and strengthening referral partnerships as needed
