Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including American cuisine, comfort food, and special dietary meals, in accordance with our menus and nutritional guidelines

• Ensure food is prepared to high standards of quality, safety, and presentation

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations

• Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and prepare meals, considering resident preferences and special dietary needs

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident requests and concerns in a courteous and timely manner

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of food allergies, dietary restrictions, and nutritional requirements

• Participate in quality control measures, including taste testing and menu planning

• Maintain accurate records of food consumption, waste, and inventory management
