Shift: Full Time | 7am-3pm and 3pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable working with residents who smoke and able to handle smoke exposure.

• Provide supervision and companionship to residents outdoors.

• Foster a calm, supportive environment for residents.

• Observe and report any behavioral concerns to nursing staff.

• Offer friendly conversation and emotional reassurance.

• Stay attentive and comfortable during extended outdoor periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Warm, dependable, and compassionate personality.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

• Comfortable working outdoors for long shifts.

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
